Please noteThis campground is only accessible at low tide by high clearance 4WD vehicles via Bacoongerie Road. There are water crossings which can change quickly depending on local rainfall. Check in 2pm, check out 10am. Sites are marked. This is a popular campground. It’s a good idea to book early, particularly during summer. This campground is not suitable for large caravans. You can bring small caravans and trailers if towed by high clearance 4WDs. You can buy firewood at the campground. Pebbly Beach is unpatrolled. It has no lifeguard service, dangerous rip currents, sudden drop offs and unexpected large waves. The ocean may look idyllic, but conditions can change rapidly. The safest place to swim is between the red and yellow flags at a patrolled beach. The closest one is Red Rock South .
