Visitor facilities: Amenities Toilets There are accessible flush toilets at The Pass set along a paved pathway. Flush toilets Picnic tables There's a large picnic shelter, a small picnic shelter and stand-alone picnic tables at Palm Valley. Barbecue facilities Gas/electric barbecues (free) Cafe/kiosk Carpark Drinking water Outside shower There's an outdoor cold water beach shower at the picnic area. Step-free access Palm Valley is mostly flat and step-free, with a short asphalt pathway that leads from the carpark to the large picnic shelter. There's also a bitumen walking track, Palm Valley Currenbah track, that goes around the picnic area and past some of the picnic tables. You'll need to cross over flat grass to reach the other facilities. Step-free outdoor pathways Seats and resting points There are 2 bench seats in the northern part of the picnic area, near the start of Palm Valley Currenbah track. | Permitted: Fishing A current NSW recreational fishing licence is required when fishing in all waters. | Prohibited: Camping Drones Flying a drone for recreational purposes is prohibited in this area. Drones may affect public enjoyment, safety and privacy, interfere with park operations, or pose a threat to wildlife. See the Drones in Parks policy . This area may be a declared Drone Exclusion Zone, or may be subject to Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) rules for flying near airports, aerodromes and helicopter landing sites. See CASA's Drone Flyer Rules . Commercial filming and photography Commercial filming or photography is prohibited without prior consent. You must apply for permission and contact the local office .
